Jaques from BikeVox has been one of the most professional, efficient, timously, pleasant, most awesome company to deal with. What started out as a bit of a worry as my 17 year old son wanted to buy a cardo system for his helmet and it was a birthday gift to him, he searched the internet and BikeVox poped up on a Google search. I was a worried Mom, who didn't want her son to loose his money, so after not being able to reach them via the phone number provided, I emailed and Jacques called me back within minutes.He has literally answered every question and was available through the entire buying process  from letting me know the order has been received to shipping it, right until the time it was delivered to me literally the next day. Even after hours he will return a what's app.

It was even so easy to install, he did it himself within 20 minutes.
